This week, the Best Places to Work Foundation organized an awards ceremony for "Best Places to Work in Morocco for 2025" for Moroccan companies.

Following a meeting held at a hotel in Casablanca, the international accreditation program Best Places to Work officially announced the results of its 2025 workplace rankings in Morocco, explaining that it recognizes institutions that have excelled in establishing high-quality work environments. 

This annual ranking highlights companies that excel in innovative talent management practices, high levels of employee engagement, and achieving a positive social and economic impact, making them a benchmark for excellence in the Moroccan employment landscape.

Commenting on the announcement, Karim Idrissi, Director of the Best Places to Work Morocco 2025 program, said in a press statement: “The Best Places to Work Morocco 2025 ranking celebrates organizations that place their employees at the heart of their strategy. These inspiring companies embody excellence, trust, and innovation, and contribute to strengthening Morocco’s position as an attractive destination for talent.”

According to a statement received by NajibPressENG today, the top 8 places to work in Morocco for 2025 are as follows:

1- Oulmès Mineral Water

The company is highly regarded for its strong corporate culture, its ongoing commitment to its employees, and its clear policy of talent development.

2. Equatorial Coca-Cola Bottling Company

Distinguished by its strict adherence to international standards, its continuous operational excellence, and its strong focus on employee well-being.

3. Cnexia

The same statement explained that AstraZeneca awarded Morocco the Best Workplace Award for Gender Equality — the first of its kind in Morocco — in recognition of its exemplary commitment to gender equality and promoting inclusion within the work environment.

He added, "These companies that were honored this year also highlight their ability to build inspiring, high-performing, and inclusive work environments. In addition, they reflect the importance of placing employees at the heart of the business strategy as a key factor in promoting engagement, achieving sustainable performance, and increasing the attractiveness of the organization as an employer."
