The Ministry of Endowments announces that the beginning of the month of Ramadan is the day after tomorrow Sunday✍️👇👇👇

The Ministry of Endowments and Islamic Affairs announced that the beginning of the month of Ramadan 1446 AH is the day after tomorrow, Sunday, March 2, 2025.

The Ministry explained, in a statement, that it observed the crescent of the holy month of Ramadan for the year 1446 AH, after sunset on Friday, Shaban 29, 1446 AH, corresponding to February 28, 2025 AD, and contacted all representatives of Islamic affairs in the Kingdom, and the units of the Royal Armed Forces contributing to monitoring the crescent, and they all assured it that its sighting had not been confirmed.

The following is the text of the Ministry of Endowments and Islamic Affairs’ statement:

“The Ministry of Endowments and Islamic Affairs informs male and female citizens that it observed the crescent of the holy month of Ramadan for the year 1446 AH, after sunset on Friday, Shaban 29, 1446 AH, corresponding to February 28, 2025 AD.

She contacted all representatives of Islamic affairs in the Kingdom, and the units of the Royal Armed Forces contributing to monitoring the crescent moon, and they all assured her that its sighting had not been confirmed.

Therefore, the month of Shaban will have completed thirty days, and the beginning of the holy month of Ramadan will be Sunday, March 2, 2025 AD.

May God grant this blessed month to our Lord, Commander of the Faithful and protector of the homeland and religion, His Majesty King Mohammed VI, may God grant him victory with Yemen, goodness, good news and blessings, and to his Crown Prince, His Royal Highness, the honorable Prince Moulay El Hassan, and to his happy guardian, His Royal Highness Prince Moulay Rachid, and to all members of the honorable royal family with happiness and contentment, and to the Moroccan people and the entire Islamic nation with progress and prosperity.
