A statement from the Ministry of Youth, Culture and Communication explained that this step comes in honor of Moroccan traditional craftsmen, and in recognition of Moroccan cultural heritage, in light of the unlawful robberies of Moroccan cultural heritage.

The same communication confirmed that it will enhance the “Rabat” and “Bouchrouit” styles of “Adidas” shirts during the next stage, highlighting that, starting tomorrow, shirts bearing heritage and urban paintings about Morocco will be offered for sale in “Adidas” stores in Morocco, provided that this marketing process continues for the rest of the year. He pointed out that this group of shirts is the result of the legal agreement reached by the Ministry and Adidas, after a course of negotiations that lasted for months, according to which a group of Moroccan cooperatives and craftsmen will benefit from financial returns in exchange for their contribution to the shirt designs.
