The Spirit of Fez Foundation, the organizer of this demonstration, recorded yesterday, Tuesday, in response to “some very tendentious and exaggerated publications regarding some isolated events that occurred on the sidelines of the concert performed by the artist Sami Youssef,” that Sami Youssef’s show witnessed an exceptional audience attendance of 5,000 spectators, as The artist attracted a large number of audiences from Morocco and abroad.

The Spirit of Fez Foundation indicated, in an explanatory statement, that Sami Youssef’s concert, which began at nine o’clock in the evening at Bab El Makina, was a resounding success, when he presented an artistic and musical show that impressed the vast majority of the audiences who attended it.

She explained that this ceremony was organized in the historically symbolic Bab El Makina square, in the open air and in separate areas, each of which provides access to a limited number of seats and tickets depending on the area chosen by the spectator, adding that a limited number of fans were allowed to stand.

The Spirit of Fez Foundation confirmed that when the “quotas” for each region exceeded the maximum, the organizing committee was forced to work to preserve the safety of spectators and avoid the occurrence of undesirable consequences, noting that “no cases of stampedes or acts of violence were recorded, despite the influx of record crowds.” From the spectators.”
