Nigeria and Morocco topped the list of African teams as the teams with the highest market value, according to data from the “Transfer Market” website reported by local newspapers, today, Monday.

The Nigerian national team, according to data from the website specialized in the player transfer market, ranked first as the team with the highest market value, with a market value of about 348 million euros, and with a slight difference, the Moroccan national team came in second place, with a market value of 347.4 million euros.

In third place was Côte d'Ivoire, the country hosting the 34th edition of the African Cup of Nations, with 334.5 million euros, followed by the Senegalese team with 274.4 million euros, and then Ghana in fifth place with 196 million euros.

The list also included Cameroon, which ranked seventh with 140.5 million euros, then Egypt, which ranked ninth with a market value of 135.6 million euros.
