The Moroccan national team of baking professionals will participate in the finals of the World Baking Championship, which will be held on January 21 and 22, as part of the Europain exhibition in Paris.


A statement by Rahal Event, today, Saturday, stated that the team that will represent Morocco in this global competition consists of Kamal Rahal Al-Salami, President of the Moroccan Federation of Bakeries and Pastries (head of the delegation), Al-Hassan Ed Yahya, a specialist in preparing pastries (La Viennoisere), and Idriss.
